For a long time, the hand claw mechanical cylinder (Dali) has been circulating in the market. Suitable for routine production operations, but in the high-end mobile phone industry, it exhibits problems such as being bulky or unsuitable for processing or grabbing complex structural parts. The post editing of the cylinder block is highly restricted or cannot be edited.

Especially in the design of lightweight robots (5kg) in the mobile phone industry, there are defects such as: 1. The weight of the robot's gripper reaches or exceeds its usage limit. 2. Unable to edit the positioning pin position of the cylinder block according to requirements or determine the sensor position based on requirements. 3. The problem of an increase in gripper weight with an increase in gripping force selection.

This invention achieves the goal of strong grasping without increasing the volume and weight of the cylinder by synchronously pushing out the cylinder bore force in both directions with two cylinder rods, and then multiplying the force of the clamp cylinder rod. This type of cylinder has a small volume, agile grasping, light weight, and the cylinder body can be edited with avoidance ports or pin holes according to needs, which is suitable for high-precision positioning and grasping work of robot claws.

The cylinder can be equipped with two supporting cylinders on the clamp plate limit plate as needed, and the two extended cylinder rod shafts are provided with installation threaded holes, which can be designed as lifting columns according to requirements. When necessary, two supporting cylinders can act simultaneously to separate the workpiece from the high-precision matching pin, which will not cause the robot to collide with the running point or scratch the product due to overload.
